I have no idea how to “size” these - sorry! I have three different sizes: small, medium, and large. For reference, I have medium thickness of hair; and I’d use a size small for a small half up-do, a medium for a larger grab of hair for a half up-do, and a large for a full hair twist (think of a typical hair claw twist).
